Agreement for Use of Website Platform
1. Scope of Agreement This Agreement pertains to the use of music, videos, pictures, and all media pertaining to Single release by the Artist on the Company's website platform ("Platform"). The User agrees to use Website respectfully and abide by the terms and conditions set hereof.
2. Rights and Responsibilities The User may listen, share, and download music and content. Please do not add or change any music or add vulgar content to Artist work. You agree to use the contents of this Website responsibly and with integrity.
3. Purpose of Agreement The Platform serves as a promotional tool for the Artist to showcase their music and content to a wider audience. The Website does not guarantee success or that the Artist will gain new fans or generate a significant income through the Platform.
4. Duration of Agreement This Agreement shall commence on the date of upload of the Artist's content to the Platform and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year thereafter, unless terminated earlier by either Party in accordance with the terms herein.
5. Termination Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other Party. Upon termination, the Website shall promptly remove the Artist's content from the Platform.
6. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating thereto.
7. Amendments Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement can be made in writing by Website and will be update accordingly.
8. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Confidentiality The Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
10. Waiver The failure of either Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it thereafter.
11. Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
